    The initial alignment is a 1-4 setup.

    The play is started by the point guard O1 dribbling to the right side. O2 cuts to the basket and uses the screen from O4 to come to the top. He recieves the ball there from O1.
    O3 cuts to the basket and uses the screen set by O5 to get open on the wing. The ball gets reversed to O3.

    O1 now cuts to the ballside corner. O4 sets a flare screen for O2
    O5 screens for O1 cutting to the corner.

    O3 now can either pass to O2 for a shot or to O1 in the corner.

    O1 dribbles to the wing. O2 cuts to the ballside corner to replace O1. O4 sets a flare screen for O3.

    O1 now can either pass to O3 for a shot or to O2 in the corner. If the ball goes to the corner the play continous in the same pattern.
